On July 16, 2013, the State Policy Advocacy and Reform Center (SPARC), hosted a webinar titled “The 50-State CHARTBOOK on Foster Care: A Web-Based Data Resource for Child Welfare Professionals”. Speakers included Judith Gonyea, CHARTBOOK research lead and chair of social research for the Boston University School of Social Work; Mary Bissell, partner with ChildFocus; and Laura Boyd, a public policy & government relations consultant with the Foster Family-Based Treatment Association(FFTA).
