Deena has been with the company since 2001 in several roles. Starting as the Administrative Assistant for REM Minnesota, she supported the Minnesota leadership team and managed the Minnesota state office. She was then promoted to Executive Assistant supporting the Operating Group President while still supporting the REM Minnesota leadership team as well as continuing to manage the Minnesota state office. In 2024, Deena transitioned into the legal department as a Legal Specialist and was responsible for supporting the Philanthropy Manager, the Chief Compliance Officer along with many other administrative duties. As of October 1, 2026, she has moved into the Philanthropy Manager position.
